We strive to ensure your artwork arrives safely and in a timely manner. Below are our shipping guidelines:
Processing & Delivery Times:
Local Deliveries (Newcastle LGA): Delivered within one week of the artwork being finalized and approved by the purchaser.
Australian Deliveries: Delivered within two weeks of final approval.
International Deliveries: Delivery times may vary depending on the destination, customs processing, and courier services. Estimated timeframes will be provided at checkout, but delays may occur beyond our control.
Shipping Costs & Responsibility:
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and may vary based on location and artwork size.
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details. We are not liable for lost or delayed items due to incorrect addresses.
Express Shipping:
Choosing express shipping at checkout does not guarantee express delivery. While we will prioritize dispatching your order quickly, final delivery time depends on the courier service and any external factors, such as customs or transit delays.
Packaging & Handling:
All artwork is securely packaged to prevent damage during transit.
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos, and we will work to resolve the issue.
